How much does a Shopify operator cost?
Project agencies quote per build; freelancers charge by the hour. Backroom Ops is a flat NZ$790 per month ex GST for ongoing operations (founding rate), with a free diagnostic first so you can see the work before you pay for it. We work with Shopify stores in any market.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes — a staff account with only the permissions the work needs, and you can revoke it at any time. Nothing is changed without your approval in writing.
